Select invoice amount, shipping zone, service type, and any applicable surcharges.
Edit rates, surcharges, and part categories. Changes take effect immediately for all users.
Select a service to edit its rate table. Zones 1–10 across 12 invoice amount brackets.
These replace the base rate lookup entirely. When selected, the flat charge is the freight cost before address/fuel surcharges.

Upload your FedEx Excel file (.xlsx). The importer will scan all sheets for rate tables matching the standard FedEx format (12 invoice rows × up to 10 zones) and load them automatically.
Your FedEx spreadsheet should have a sheet named Tables or Tables (2) with this layout:
| Row | Col A | Col B | Col C | Col D (index) | Col E–N (Zone 1–10) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Service Name | — | Invoice Amount | — | Zone headers |
| 2–13 | — | — | $1 to $25 … $701+ | 1–12 | Rate values ($) |
Each service block repeats this pattern. The importer detects blocks by looking for the service name in column A.
